My favorite so far. I’ve been lazy sliding and gliding my way on the reformer. Being classically trained so many decades ago, his class was awesome to ee how much work i need to do. I gave myself a 30 days on the mat challenge for the new year. Your 10 day is a perfect start and I will do day 5 many days. It’s amazing to me how easy it is to lose this strength that is achieved by mat work when you just use the apparatuses. Thank you! And your wonderful personality makes it move so quickly.
