Hi - I am not new to pilates but I'm out of shape :( and practise. How many times do you recommend repeating the class before moving onto the next class in the playlist?
Hi Sarya, I would recommend practicing this class until the movements feel familiar and integrated. The next class in the series is not too much more difficult but they do progress after that. You can always return to this class if you find any of the others to be more difficult than you want. Please keep me posted as you progress!
Such a PERFECT class when trying to get back into the swing of things! Meredith is easy to follow, her voice is very relaxing, and she teaches very clear with great reminders! Thank you Meredith!
