I've got a gal who fell on her back - 5 foot drop onto rocks and compressed and fractured her vertebrae back in October. She had Kyphoplasty on L3 & L4 in November. She's been going to physical therapy but they don't want her to twist or bend yet. She is lifting head up a little and extending a little.

I've been modifying for her and not doing so much flexion/rotation exercises in class, however I'm running out of ideas to challenge the other members in the group.
