This was a lovely receptor reminder. I will incorporate slow and controlled and mindfulness as demonstrated into some of my classes. Great knowledge and explanation.

Wow, time was passing so quickly! After a 4 weeks break I had some respect to get back to training and this was just was I needed.

when someone is doing innate movements like crawling, and talking about going back to the very basics and you do not burn any calories, it's probably a beginner class, just FYI.  Good info, but shouldn't be considered an intermediate class.
Joni Z ~ Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing this class, we have decided to keep it at an intermediate level because there are more than just basic movements in the class.
