I loved this class, the class flowed so well that the I couldn't believe that a full hour passed. Loved the trick about the teaser, what a difference. Thank you

I loved the pace of this class. It was tough and fun at the same time and the instructor was funny and light.

WOW! That was great. Nice stretch, challenge, and getting taller/growing longer.
