Andrea ~ This class is very challenging because of the pace and intensity, but the exercises were not ones that a level 2 student couldn't do. Tracey's an amazing teacher so you really feel everything you are working which adds to the intensity of the workout. She has more classes on the way which I'm sure you will enjoy as well!

This was one tough class (for me) It felt more than a level 2. I guess I need way more practise. Looking forward to being able to do all the excercices. Now it was maybe 50%. I did lots of my own variations. But, as always a very very good class. Thank you.
