Never underestimate the power of a restart!
The number one way to fix most problems with video playback is to simply restart your computer.
We know, restarting is a pain, but it often works. Please don't skip this step.
If your video seems to be buffering a lot, or the video starts and stops, the most likely cause is a slow internet connection.
The minimum download bandwidth we suggest for streaming videos is 15 mbps.
To test the current speed of your connection, follow these steps:
Use the same computer you're having trouble watching videos on
Go to the same place in your home or office where you want to watch videos
If your download speed is below 15mbps, here are some suggestions:
Get closer to your WiFi router
Sometimes the problem is that you are simply too far from your Wifi router. It's common for buildings to have WiFi dead spots. Your connection might be great in some parts of the house, but too slow in others.
Plug in your computer
If your computer has an ethernet port, and you have an ethernet cable, you can try plugging directly into your router. This is often faster than using WiFi.
Sometimes there's an issue with a particular web browser that keeps our videos from playing well.
Please try using a different web browser to see if that helps.
Examples of web browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox.
