After months of no Pilates, (plenty of walking and weights workouts, but neglecting the benefits of daily Pilates)  feeling guilty, but not motivated, I found this course. Perfect to get me back into the routine, short, not too intense, and easy to access. Thank you so much . 
To think of breathing while walking anywhere is really working for me - calming down as well as energising
