Wow. I feel wonderful after that flowing class and I have to say that I know my body craves movement like that, freedom and play, and I certainly hope that you enjoyed the process at least a little bit and I encourage you to find ways to flow in your, in your everyday life today, tomorrow, throughout the rest of your life, but specifically see if you can move your body in ways that allow you to dance through life as you bend down and pick up a pencil, make it into some version of a flowing dance, a liquid or maneuvering, whatever it may be, and try to do movements that are mindful and provoke joy and happiness for you in some way, shape, or form. I have one more thing that I want you to do, perhaps way outside of the box for some of you, but I promise you it'll be fun if you're willing to try it. Here's what you're going to do. You are going to find a place where you feel comfortable making yourself laugh hysterically for no reason at all.
