So much of self care is really about perspective. So I invite you to continue to explore this idea of changing your perspective and hopefully provoking more joy and caring toward yourself. You can make it up in your own head if you want and try it out there, out there, outside perhaps at the beach or in the mountains or in a field somewhere.
