(uplifting instrumental music) Hi, my name is Blossom Leilani Crawford, and I've created a series of workouts for you to do at home, where you don't need any fancy props. We just need a little bit of resistance, and resistance can come in the form of a spring, but it also can come in the form of a water bottle, or just a towel from the bathroom. Meet me on the mat, and we're gonna move a little, sweat a little bit, but definitely have a laugh or two, and to have some fun. (uplifting instrumental music)
