Thanks for the gluteus medius focus! My 60 plus hips needs this work for walking and hiking which have been showing signs of weakness. I'm responding a day after doing your workout and bingo ... that area is responding perfectly! Thank you.

Awesome workout.  And I agree so much with the importance of adding strength training that I became a Certified Personal Trainer in addition to my Pilates certification!  I love being able to offer the weight work for my over 50 clients with osteopenia and osteoporosis.  I cannot beleive you are part of the over-50 club!  Welcome!!
