Matthew is a BASI Pilates Graduate and a Certified Fitness Trainer through ISSA. He has been studying martial arts since 1996.
"I enjoy many forms of exercise including Pilates, Yoga, lifting weights and I continue to study martial arts. For me, Pilates is the glue that holds my exercise program together and makes it all possible. Pilates keeps my core strong and stable, while studying the mind-body connection keeps me moving safe and pain free in all the other things I enjoy doing."
