I started as a runner, have run boston in 2015, and plan to run in 2106. I have incorporated pilates to my training, and now find that pilates has helped my posture, and running speed. I would love to teach women and empower them about the importance of movement. I am also a Nurse Practitioner in Women's Health. and this is my optimal goal as a teacher of pilates. to help breast CANCER patients, obstetrical patients with pilates and menopause clients.
