Trained at Power Pilates in NYC. I teach Mat Pilates and ZUMBA at Ogilvy mather in NYC. I am AFAA certified group fitness instructor and also teach HIIT class at STs. Peter's and Paul's church in Mt. Vernon. I am a Clinicial Social Worker, LCSW graduated from Fordham University in 1992. I enjoy helping people to work out, relieve stress and have fun.
