I discovered and fell in love with Pilates in 2005, a few months after moving to Maryland. Starting my journey with both Mat and Reformer classes, I was amazed at the “whole body” approach and results… they left me with a feeling of strength and rejuvenation. I believed in the practice and the results so much that I wanted to share it with others and began teaching Mat Pilates and Yoga classes in 2008. Since then, I've participated in and completed the inaugural Potomac Pilates (now RTR Pilates) instructor training course in 2013 and now teach group reformer classes regularly for RTR Pilates. I completed my Balanced Body Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor certification program in August of 2016 and look forward to tackling comprehensive certification in the near future.
