Gosh, you packed a lot into 10-15 minutes! Thanks so much Jennifer. This was the first video of yours that I have watched but it was really great. Loved the roll down variation and 'teapot' and 'rainbow' cues. It was clear and fun - I might start my week off with this tomorrow morning! With best wishes from the UK, Sarahx

Hi DENISE ! It's amazing how much you can do in 10-15. Daily responsibilities can easily knock out workout time. Good for you for taking even that much time for yourself!
Great quick workout, and great way to start my morning- I love how it both grounds me and gets me blood flowing (and joints lubricated!).
