The baby arc is a new product that Balanced body has recently made. You can always improvise with pillows or rolled up yoga mat to create a lift for the chest - depending on which exercise you are wanting to do. You can also use a yoga block or even a book for the block sections.

Are you KIDDING ME?!?! On the home page where we chose the classes we want to take you need to get the information correct!!! There are mistakes about the classes on almost every instructor but this one takes the cake.

First of all, it states that this class is 20 mins (when, in fact, it is FIFTEEN minutes); Secondly, you state it is a Moderate workout (when, in fact, it is INSTRUCTIONAL ONLY) last but not least - you claim it is a mat workout (when in fact, you need the plastic arc!!!). I can't think of anything you DID get correct in the description of this class except for the fact that it's taught by Niedra Gabriel. I had TWENTY minutes of time during my day and wanted a strengthening/moderate MAT class and I get this instead. PLEASE check these classes and get ALL the facts straight before listing them on the home page. Thanks

My goodness Dawn, I just read your comment and I apologies as there is a confusion with the class description - even the photo at the top shows me on the arc! I recall filming this to share ways it can be used. I am sure the description will get edited correctly and thank you for pointing this out.

Dawn ~ Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you were not happy with the description or the information about the class. After reviewing this class, we have decided to keep everything as is because the Baby Arc is not required for this class. All of the exercises can be done on the Mat as well. The Baby Arc is also listed as a prop for the class. In the description, it says that Niedra shows ways to use the Arc, which would mean that it is an instructional class. When we list the duration of the class, we round to the nearest 10 minutes and this class is closer to 20 minutes than 10. We do the best we can to check everything before it goes live so we appreciate when members tell us when we have missed things. However, for this class, we feel that everything listed is appropriate.

Gia Calhoun - whilst you may have assessed this description against your criteria and found it to be accurate - I like Dawn find it mis-leading and frustrating as a waste of time. Perhaps you may consider revising the criteria you assess against to portray more accurate descriptions for members. Thinking from your customer's point of view not the business's point of view.

Lizzy ~ I'm sorry you have found this description misleading. We do our best to make sure everything is accurate and include the descriptions so that our members can get an idea of what they will do in each class. Everything that is needed for the class has been listed and in the description it says that she "uses the Baby Arc to give examples of how you can use it to assist you if you need it or to challenge you more." We made it a Mixed Level workout because she shows how to do each exercise if you are a beginner or more advanced. While this class may not be a typical workout like many of our other classes, it is very helpful for people who are not familiar with the Baby Arc.
