After several bad days with hand foot and mouth disease (blisters on hands and feet) I have been trying to get back into Pilates while not overly taxing my body while I recover. This was a great workout for me. First day I could stand on my mat and was willing to hold something in my hands! Seemed like it worked everything and will help me get back to where I was before I got sick. Loved the unique (to me) moves you included here.
