Hi Courtney! Thank you for this althetic approach. I love it. I've been doing it about 4 times a week for the last 5-6 weeks and am feeling so much stronger. I would love a 10 day challenge using this approach. Blessings to you

Perfect. My teenage daughter is in hospital and did not have any room for floor work so I did the exercises on her bed while she was in the shower and standing exercises in the minimal space we had. And of course she was embarrassed by her mother!
