Thank you. This was wonderful! I am adding it to my queue to do at least once a week. My neck muscles are soft and pliable again, not tight and rigid. My shoulders are free and I especially loved the stretch for the front of my ankle area. I have been trying to stretch that area because of plantar fasciitis and haven't been able to get a good stretch there. This was perfect! Thank you so much!
