This is what my body needed. You are right we as a culture we need pauses, to sink in, to bring attention to our body and mind, to release tension. The hundreds felt really good. Almost a release to the diaphragm. My body and spirit thanks you.
I do this class when I have a headache and it always helps The feeling when you lay down on the mat after the first part is amazing! like laying in the bath (without water :D) Thanks for this class.
