I really like classes with teachers who don't assume we know and give beneficial instructions, as the flow of movement continues. And Carrie does that. An invigorating session to be taken whenever you have 20 minutes and want to treat yourself. Thank you.
Perfection! Feels great to get through all the exercises without the "small" brain-breaks that tend to creep in now-and-then when doing a longer class. There simply wasn't time to do anything other than what you tell, Carrie - in a wonderful, joyful & uplifting way! Thank you :)
Love it! It's really intimidating to move into advanced work because I might be strong enough to do the movement but not strong enough to last a full class. I'm combining this with other short classes until I'm ready for full-length level 3. Great idea!
