question - in the beginning where we are rotating our pelvis to face left or right, and we start using a leg to help, did you mix up left and right several times? i.e. if we are moving the pelvis to face right, it feels intuitive to press into the left foot, but that is not what you said for the most part
Hi Kari, yes at 2:50 I start a pelvic rotation, moving the pelvis on the femur. The reaching of one knee activates the hip joint and leg that facilitates a sensation of the tissues in the area that helps with the ability to rotate the pelvis on the femur. Try moving to the right, reaching the right knee in the right facing pelvis. The action activates the right hemipelvis and hip joint to assist in the pelvic rotation to the right. You can also reach the left knee while the pelvis is facing right to increase the anterior rotation of the left hemiplevis. The sensation is different. Hope this helps clarify. I appreciate your attention to detail.
Gia Calhoun this is the first I've heard of filtering by Practices! I would suggest making that a visible tag when someone enters another search term, like "Madeline Black" for example! I don't even see a way to filter by that using the dropdowns on the main search page.
