Thanks for tutorial, what an eye opener! In case I'm not sure which side is anteriorly rotated, can I do the stick exercise both way, ones right leg on top, then the left. Or would this be counterproductive?
Hi Eva, I would find someone to help you determine which way your pelvis is rotated before trying the correction. You don't want to make your pelvis hypermobile or increase the asymmetry.
