Excellent Tutorial - it just so happened my right SI joint had painfully shifted when I watched this - the pole/block and strap exercises instantly alleviated the pain. So impressed! Thank you :D

Dear Debra,
That is exactly the way the technique is meant to work! I am so glad that it worked for you and thank you for the feedback!

Hi Sheri x I am a Pilates Instructor with SI joint instability it very occasionally shifts as Pilates keeps everything strong and stable most times. When I viewed this video my SI joints had shifted badly after gardening too long and I was in a LOT of pain. I can usually free it 70% with Pilates exercises and the residual pain takes weeks to gradually subside as the joint settles. Your exercises brought instant relief and the next morning I was left with maybe 5% discomfort but I will repeat the exercises over the next few days. I have clients who will greatly benefit from your techniques. You are awesome thank you xxx

Dear Debra,
Thank you so much for sharing. I have been using this technique for about 20 years and have taught it to my staff. It is amazing how many peolple get instant relief with the correction. I am so happy that it helped you! Makes my heart sing!

Thank you! This helped my ongoing SI joint pain very quickly. I know that I will have to continue to do these exercises to keep it in place after years of being out of alignment, but I now feel like you have given me the tools to do that.

Hi Sherri, I watched this tutorial already three times! It's very professional and so informative. today I read through the comments, questions and your answers and that was a tutorial by itself which I learned from. I also have a question: One of my clients was told that her left leg is a few mm longer than the right one. Can SI dysfunction cause one leg to seem longer due to the instability? She sometimes complains about lower back pain on the left side. Thanks.
Wow Sherri!!! Thank you so very much for that. So clearly demonstrated and explained. Can't wait to learn more from you.

Hi, I am such a huge fan of PA!!
Just finished watching this amazing tutorial along with Brent Anderson's stunning workshop #1479, but feel confused by possible conflicting treatment. It appears that both Amy and Meredith (in chapter 2 of Brent's workshop) displayed longer leg discrepancy on the left side. Did Sherri activate Amy's left hip flexor on the longer side, while Brent ask Meredith to push down with her longer leg and use her left hamstring??
