A really clear presentation, thank you!

Leah thanks for that great info just to understand so how would i help and train someone with a confirmed tight pelvic floor
Explained in a really clear way, the fan image is going to be very useful for my clients
Fab, Leah! Super helpful for my clients, and myself!
Thank you Leah. Your explanations were crystal clear!
I would like to have another tutorial on cueing pelvic floor exercises in a prenatal Pilates/yoga class. I've loved the image you provided with your hands, the contraction of deep pelvic floor muscles providing a lifting sensation. I would love to have some exercises with a variety of images and cues to choose from.

Some ladies ask about PF and TA relation and how to better synchronize them, I would love to read the answer to those questions and also to add something I learn from a Franklin method workshop that it is detriment to the pelvic floor not to relax the TA as inhaling, I would appreciate Leah Stewart comments on this

SO GOOD
Hi Many thanks for the tutorial. I wonder do we need to recruit PF each time we move or only enough to keep neutral. Many thanks
Muchas gracias, lo explicaste increíblemente bien y  súper fácil de entender
