This was the first Pilates class I have done since a recent injury. I loved it! Everything feels looser and it makes you so aware of your breathing! Fantastic. Can anyone tell me why I get a slight vertigo feeling when doing the mermaids - it's always been my favourite move and didn't happen pre injury
Hi Phoebe, glad you had such a favorable experience. the vertigo could be due to a problem with the inner ear in the coronal plane. A therapist or doctor that specialize in Vertigo BPPV's could probably help you. Good luck
Thank you Brent! I'm 5 months pregnant and this breath centric class worked wonders on my posture in all the ways you noted. I strongly recommend this class for pre & post natal movers! (Of course the prone exercises may need to be skipped or modified as the belly grows.) Thanks again!!
