Hi Amy, thank you for my great workout today. I love this routine and go back to it time and time again. It's so fun you have the springs connected at the center. Such a different feel. Come back to Cleveland, we miss you.

Hi Amy! What a great workout. So many fun things! The standing uni-lateral hip work on the moon box and the "hip circle" prep with the yellow springs are now my new favorite Tower exercises! Thank you. One quick question...what is the name of the last exercise that you did? It was just after Prone Swan. I am embarrassed that I don't know this one or what it is called. I am sure it a classical exercise that I just never learned. :(
