I girl time! Your cues always help me to find the more in each move. My pelvis tilts back and my hip flexors are always tight (long hours on the computer?), so doing the knee stretch series helps to open that up before arms kneeling!--- total difference in my pelvis and quads!

Felt like I was with my Pilates friends ... easy, friendly dynamic with cues, pace, and fine line challenge. Perfect challenge for those in between times in life.
