I've been doing these movements myself and with my clients over the past year, and it's life changing. I sleep better, feel better...much better balance and ease of movement (and I'm not a runner, but I know a lot of them...and use this in their pilates programming). :)
This class is so relevant to functional movement and creating not just strength but full end range motion in our joints (ankle, knee and hips). Love it!
