I've been doing these movements myself and with my clients over the past year, and it's life changing. I sleep better, feel better...much better balance and ease of movement (and I'm not a runner, but I know a lot of them...and use this in their pilates programming). :)

This class is so relevant to functional movement and creating not just strength but full end range motion in our joints (ankle, knee and hips). Love it!

Love it and need to keep practising to reach the full pistol squad.  Excellent to feel the weaker hip and great preparation for my upcoming off-pist skiing week!  love your approach Juan to these functional movement. Please more of him - Pilatesanytime!
