I absolutely loved the flow into Twist and Side Bend.
Quick question for you gorgeous one and all the others folks who did the class without raised mats with Straps. In Reverse Thigh Stretch to Push Up because I didn't have a strap so came down into a quadriped position and pushed back up to Thigh Stretch from there. How did other people improvise?
One of the things I would do is use a wall. Stand a arms distance from the wall with hands on. Then bend your elbows leaning forward and sort of quickly straighten to come back upright.
Or if you're doing this at home and you want to tuck your heels/toes under a heavy sofa that could be a cool thing to try. That way you get the hamstring component.
