This was fantastic - I taught this to a group class yesterday (we needed a 20 foam rollers!) and they loved it. Some exercises are very challenging (4 point kneeling, or lifting one foot up in shoulder bridge with arms raised) - but that's the point and I love how Elizabeth Larkam shows us she is human by being challenged too! A good modification for 4 point kneeling was simply to use only one roller.
Always challenging and fun fascia- based workout- Elizabeth is "killing it" as usual. Love the tongue and eyes concept. "Good luck to you all " with this one, as she appropriately warned us...
