I'm enjoying this challenge for the first time and after the summer challenge. I was in awe of the spinal work with intense focus. Spinal twist and the modified roll up reach from side to side with the hands together was fantastic. My core burned but my spinal awareness was much stronger. Pressing the top of my arms into the mat gave me a more total body awareness in bridge. How the tilt the pelvis properly woth the roll is key. I love the camera views from the top too. Great visual. Wow Kristi, this was So powerful and feels like I felt my body and core wake up. Really felt the challenge I'm struggling with a bad back injury ( severe stenosi) and I was able to do it but not the full extension at the end so stayed low. Even the bridges hurt and I thought that no way anyone can feel pain in those. Thank you for the challenge. I love it. Greetings from the UAE.
Today is the first day of March Matness and I'm starting this challenge as well. Loved the first class...Fundamentals are so much harder when you slow it down and keep it honest!
