That was a blast. Finally figured out how to roll to squat & stand. Fun!

Clearly, I'm not strong enough and stable enough to use the band with any benefit. Had to ditch it.
Pamela -- you did, you got the roll to squat?!! YES!!!!! Angela -- work up to the band, little bits at a time! :) . You can do it!
