I am late in finding this summer fling challenge but I love it. Between PA and some wonderful local teachers I feel fit and strong. I am 64 so this is important. I intend to do Pilates into my 70's and beyond!

Very nice upper body focus! I used a 1" PVC pipe which I initially thought was going to be disappointing since it weighs practically nothing but it turned out to be every bit the challenge I needed. Thanks!

Another great class. Really liked the queue in jackknife using more reach with fingers. Felt really good. Also feeling the weight into shoulders. Perfect for clients that seem to take some of it into their necks! ❤️

I had to improvise with a thuro band but found loved the upper body work. Thanks so much for all the creative ideas to work the body.
