I can say that this is one of the best for shoulder mobility; I always have shoulder mobility problem even the end of a great pilates class but this one was very effective...I also liked hand position in pelvic curl in Sally's class 2862; the mid back works very efficiently...thank you Amy
Hi Liya , I wouldn't do these every day... give your body, muscles, joints etc time to 'learn' what you're teaching them. I'd say 2-3 x/week would be great though!
It’s been a while since I took this shoulder mobility class; I wish I’d done it sooner. What a wonderful feeling for of freedom in my shoulders after I did it. The best.
