Short and sweet and awesome! Hope you'll bring us more Spine Corrector work when PA returns to the studio, dear Amy! I just invested in a classical Spine Corrector very similar to the one you're using here and it's been a revelation.
Julia R thank you! Yes, the classical apparatus is different in all the right ways -- for me too. What have you noticed being more appropriate for you etc? I'm toying with doing a LIVE Spine Corrector class soon, stay tuned!
I'll scream with joy when you offer a live SC class, Amy Havens! ) I love so many things about the classical Spine Corrector! The shape is perfect for my back and for supporting me in the inverted exercises, I love the fact that it has proper handles which help my shoulders externally rotate and "open" naturally (I don't like having to clutch at "slits" with my difficulties being open across the front of the shoulders!), and last bot not least it is SO comfortable with I've come to view as essential to really be able to soften into the extension (and enjoy staying there for a while) if that makes sense. I had a Pilates Arc before and while that's a great tool to have for sure, for my body the classical style makes a world of difference. I grab it every day now to play around and to work on my spinal and hip mobility. Can't wait for your next SC class!
