This is a class to repeat often. This felt so gentle, but incredibly challenging at the same time. I felt areas to improve and found it easier to control today. Thank you for this gem of a class. Unilateral work is important.Â
Lacey I agree with you -- unilateral work is so important! It's very easy to let the dominant side work harder in our bilateral work so separating things is quite valuable. Happy to hear you're feeling that too!
Loved the class! One question - in which direction do you mean when you say rotate the shoulderblades upward? Which edge of the shoulderblade in which direction with respect to another landmark on the body?
Thank you, Amy, for this very fitting class. Good tempo, good cueing, and really excellent choice of exercises. It is fitting for me right now as I have recently been feeling some referred pain in my L leg and hip.  This has subsided enough for me to resume exercise and I wanted to address some R SI tightness and L glut med underactivity. The only exercise I needed to adapt was the side-overs due to reduced bone density in my spine and some spinal instability. Instead, I did a neutral mermaid on the carriage. Easy to adapt and carry on. I feel so amazing after this workout! Thank you again!! 😘
