Wonderful workout, love cleopatra in there and the variation with the knee stretch position with lat pull backs. Just what I needed today after sitting at desk!
Beautiful presentation Joanne ! Also, I think slow is the best as it is a reminder what Pilates really is..Intentional movement with a goal to incorporate the entire body in each and every reach, every flexion and every extension ..Well done :)

Love your choice of exercise and congrats on your win. I find myself trying to take in all that you are saying, when I realize there are too many words being spoken. I can't think about an exercise done in the begin if I'm focusing on the movement at that moment. Moving from on exercise to the next is slow, but I think its because you are trying to say too much. I get lost when trying to focus on movement because I'm trying to listen at same time.
