Great work-really loved the chest expansion-to back split -to control front sequence. Shaking, but I loved it! Thank you!

Great class! I love the pace because one can focus on the detail and especially the lengthening and engaging of the right muscles. I especially love the "Elephant" . Keep up your good work, cuing and shining through the class! Thanks Joanne Bezzina!
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to reach out to me about this class. I really appreciate it. The constructive comments regarding pace are useful to keep in mind as we all learn differently, it's definitely something to keep in mind. I really wanted to create a sense of exploration in the class- and I like it when a class reveals itself as a challenge from a slower build up. The most important thing for me is that this class felt good in your body by the end xxx

I enjoyed the different variations and movements. Was great for my body. A little too slow paced for me as I added lots more exercises in between talking. Thank you 😊

Lovely cueing, Joanne. Hope you can make a video for Reformer 2/3.
