Sanjida O I apologize if the spring suggestions weren't clear for you. From time to time, we teachers miss a few details when explaining things. We, and in this case, I, may have made the assumption that anyone taking this class/doing this workout would have all the springs associated with a Tower unit, so to choose form them as the exercise was being done. For example :: footwork -- I assume people know what to use for their footwork setting. Leg springs -- to use the leg springs for the exercises. I'll be more clear in the future and as Gia Calhoun suggests as well, I do have other classes that are very clear in their set ups and spring suggestions.
