Thanks for this class. I’ve been doing your classes for about a year since face to face became impossible here in Scotland. Everything is so well explained and I’ve made some small but important improvements in technique and over the months finally managed to build to a full teaser! I feel amazing, strong, toned and energised! Thank you.

Caroline V thank you for sharing that wonderful news.  This shutdown has been difficult in many ways but it has brought me back to my mat more often and for that I am grateful.

Loved this class - definitely one of the harder ones! Great additions of balance control, jackknife and seal which we don't see that much in classes here. Crazy hard twist-to-plank series! I will have to do this class more frequently! Thanks Meredith!!
