Thank you, Carrie! We need MORE videos like this on PA. I don't learn anything new from watching instructors teach other well-seasoned Pilates instructors and professional dancers. This is so much more applicable to my day-to-day life as a Pilates trainer to "normal" bodies.

As a studio teacher in training, I found this enormously helpful to improve and hone how I cue for the person in front of me. It was great to see the cues translate so successfully into the client. Fantastic session, would love to see more like this!
