I recommend this class for those looking for some upper body without push ups themselves. The full lower to the floor is doable while making you concentrate on trunk integrity during. The side planks and side support on knees are great upper body reinforcers, too.
Just done this again for first time in ages and it still delivers. Great workout and stretch all in one fab 30 mins class. More Tracy mallet classes please! 😊
It's classes like this that give 30 minute workouts a good name. Most mat classes are easier and slower, but I know I can count on Tracey to raise the level.. just what i needed. I had fun and feel great! Thanks Tracey:)
