I wanted to share this for anyone who may need it. This is the only class I have injured myself in. On the 2nd teaser with your back facing the well she starts with 2 springs that was to much for me and I flipped backwards into my well and injured my arm pretty badly. Not blaming the class and overall felt the call was good but wanted to share to help others just in case. She actually changes it down after the first so be mindful and start on the lower spring.
