Completed the challenge today following Courtney’s instructions of doing this every other day. I generally mixed each day of the challenge with at least 10 minutes of cardio prior to the challenge workout because I found my body really needs more warm up before the HITT intervals because without it I pulled inner thigh muscles. This really helped me enjoy this challenge more because Courtney works you surprisingly hard in just 15 to 20 minutes so coupled with my cardio I felt I got a perfect cardio workout every other day! Thanks for sharing your creativity, Courtney and helping me get moving.
