Cristina, thank you for your interest. I do not recommend this class for the conditions you mention. In the class I focus on torso mobility in rotation, lateral flexion and sagittal flexion. Instead, please go to my mat # 5304. Use this class to prepare your coordination, proprioception and address asymmetries. Follow with front, back and side planks avoiding torso flexion.
