Thank you for the different perspective that you bring to planks. I appreciate the reference to the scapula movement and supine/pronation of the arm as we moved through different positions. It encompasses so much more but in such a connected way. Grateful!
This is a wonderful class to re-integrate the shoulder girdle, pelvis and spine. I am a physio who periodically gets pelvic floor and hip rotator muscle spams which can last a few days and my symptoms consistently resolve over the course of this sequence.
