I need this class like on the daily! Doing a back bend is on my wish list and will definitely be incorporating these concepts and thinking of your cues as I work towards it!
Carrie- so glad you said you found it hard too as you made it look easy - I loved the variations to get us to our final goal - need to work on strength for the final bit with the leg lift. Brilliant start to my day- what a fun challenge.

Carrie Pages Thank you for the suggestion Carrie. I've been loving all of your classes. I will definitely work on the overhead presses & the Mermaid stretch - Then see where it takes me. I also loved your suggestion in your day 5 class to progress forward when we feel like it. I was planning on pushing thru each new class every day . Now I'm thinking that I'll try a couple of the first classes again then move forward. Thanks again Carrie!!! Love your encouraging words.
I desperately need these kind of exercises for my weak shoulder and back muscles; I could not be able to do back bend; i have to work more on it...thank you so much for great cueing...
I have to admit: I was slightly terrified of this one and put it off for a couple of days. But WOW it felt so good to be able to do it! Thank you for all the thoughtful progressions, Carrie.
I would love a 10-day challenge that is focused on improving extension! It was a real challenge but I enjoyed getting out of my comfort zone, thank you!
